Answers for curious humans (and a few clever dinos).
Yes, you can share lessons with another family — in fact, it’s a great way to split the cost. We teach up to 4 kids per hour, always divided into two pairs. Only two kids are in the water at a time with the instructor for safety. Children over 3 can be paired; 2-year-olds are always taught one-on-one. Just make sure each parent’s email is entered at booking so everyone stays in the loop.
We come to you — your residential pool. No need to pack up the herd and migrate.
Quietly sitting nearby or a parent assisting a nervous swimmer is totally fine. But swimming laps, playing, or being in the water during lessons is not allowed — it creates safety concerns and distracts from instruction.
Absolutely! We understand that sometimes a payment plan or a custom package is needed. Please contact us directly, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your budget and gets you started with lessons as soon as possible.
No problem! If you need to cancel for any reason, just notify your coach or our team in advance. Each lesson package includes up to two reschedules at no charge.
Your $100 deposit secures your place in our scheduling system and allows us to begin matching you with a coach. If we’re unable to match you with a coach within 30 days, you may request a full refund of your deposit. If you choose not to request a refund, we will continue working to place you with a coach as availability opens..
Absolutely, parents are always welcome to watch their children’s lessons. Many parents like to stay close by and observe. However, sometimes children focus better when parents are a little out of sight, so we may suggest stepping back occasionally to help your child feel more comfortable. If you choose to stay nearby but not poolside, please remain close enough inside to see or hear your child, and be ready to assist if needed for their safety.

(That’s a dino joke — we’re hilarious.)
But seriously, we work with toddlers, teens, and even adult beginners. Our instructors adapt lessons to any age and ability.
No — and here’s why:
Some programs “guarantee” swimming in 6, 8, 10, 12, or however many lessons… but define swimming as “grabbing the wall.”
We don’t do shortcuts or pressure. We build real swimmers, and every child learns at their own pace. Water safety is always our first step — but confidence, joy, and long-term skills are the real goal.
